Can I buy gifts on Joumanna.com?

Yes! Who doesn’t like receiving jewellery as a gift? Whether you’re looking for a distinct piece or are specifically searching for something with an artisanal twist all of our Middle-Eastern jewellery pieces are perfect as gifts. Let us know with your order if you’re buying for someone else and we’ll pop a custom made note in the package so they can treasure it from the very beginning.

Is there an actual store I can go visit? 

Not yet! Joumanna.com is solely online shopping portal as of now however we hope to open up a store in the future. 

What do I do about returns? 

Please see our Returns & Delivery policy. Simply fill out the form, post back to us and you will get refunded within 14 days of receipt assuming product is still intact. 

Item is currently out of stock- can I get on a waiting list? 

Absolutely! Please send us an email at theladies@joumanna.com 

Which payment methods does Joumanna.com accept? 

Joumanna.com accepts the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Delta, Solo, Visa Electron, Maestro credit and debit cards and PayPal. 

Can I claim VAT on products bought online? 

For orders to UK and EU addresses, UK VAT is applied, meaning that they are not eligible for a VAT refund.

Can I cancel my order before it is dispatched? 

You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. To do this, you will need to sign into your account and view your order history. 

If your order has already been dispatched, you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery. See our Delivery and Returns page for more information.
